The Heavy Load Scaffolding System consists of diagonal fasteners connecting main frame elements and frames.
The system is used for 3 different purposes.
1. Table Molding System
2. Heavy Load Tower Scaffold System
3. Stair Tower
With only 4 types of frame elements for different heights, quick and easy installation and demoulding is possible.
Frames are automatically produced in gas welding robots. The system is covered with polyvinyl based inner and outer dipping paint, optional dip galvanizing can be done.
When used as a table formwork system, it is used without being demolded until the end of the project.
It has high carrying capacity. Strength is 55 kN / stitch.
During molding, large size tables are created, from workmanship, time and materials.
